            Was formed in 1997 as the entity through which the Megan Group of Companies holds its interests in partnerships owning low-income housing, principally USDA-RD financed, apartment complexes.  Acts as the substitute general partner of troubled partnerships owning low-income housing, USDA-RD financed apartment complexes.
