            Provides development and management services for new construction, multi-family apartments conventionally financed puts together entire development team, selects properties, oversees and prepares tax credit and HOME applications. Awarded tax credits for an 80-unit senior apartment complex in Rockdale, Texas. Sold its interest in 2012 to joint venture partner.
